A substantial part of assessment in Mathematics focuses on solving problems, and since doing this is impractical on a word processor, student write solutions by hand. This is not a reliable method of submitting or marking work, so this project aims to find an alternative, efficient method which improves assessment efficiency.

This projects included evaluating the use of a range of digital tools. Research was conducted on several apps, and fellow students were asked for their opinions on using these alternative methods. One tool considered is a Genius Scan, which Matthew and Octavia then proceeded to write instructions for.

Matthew goes through the project’s journey further.

The Team’s presentation also goes through the first stages of the project’s development.
